NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable:

The client reviews and approves scope of work and design prior to payment.

Each AI system is custom built and cannot be resold or repurposed.
The project budget is based on the client’s disclosed “Overall AI System Budget during the Client Assessment.”

Minor revisions may be accommodated during the final review stage. You are never stuck with your build. We will do our best to ensure that the AI System and/or automation is serving your business as intended. Substantial changes after approval require a new service agreement.

DISPUTES

Payment disputes are handled under Section 16 of the Terms of Service (Alternative Dispute Resolution, Colorado).

“Automated data scraping, crawling, and the use of this website’s content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from GYNTEKBUSINESS, LTD.”
