1.0 PURPOSE
This Acceptable Use Policy explains permitted and prohibited activity when using gyntekbusiness.center and any related GYNTEKBUSINESS subdomains, hub websites, portals, assessment form, customized demos, client hubs, and communications channels.
2.0 SCOPE
This policy applies to all visitors, prospective clients, current clients, and anyone who accesses Company systems or attempts to access, test, disrupt, or misuse Company systems.
3.0 ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use Company services only for lawful business purposes, including reviewing information, submitting the Client Assessment, scheduling consultations and customized demo presentations, accessing approved deliverables, and using client portals as provided and intended.
4.0 PROHIBITED USE
4.1 You may not use Company systems for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe activity
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Threats, harassment, stalking, or hate-based targeting of any individual or group
- Exploitation or harm of minors in any form
- Encouraging, facilitating, or providing instructions for self-harm or suicide
- Promoting, planning, or facilitating violence or criminal activity
- Generating, distributing, or storing content that is sexually explicit, defamatory, or designed to deceive
- Building tools, agents, or systems intended to cause harm to others
- Circumventing our security, access controls, or usage limits
- Using our systems to train competing AI models without written authorization
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our services without written authorization
4.2 Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, forfeiture of fees paid, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with authorities.
5.0 FRAUD, DECEPTION, AND IMPERSONATION
You may not impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent your identity or business, submit false information to gain access or influence outcomes, conduct phishing or scams, or use social engineering to obtain data, credentials, or payments.
6.0 AGE REQUIREMENT
Use of GYNTEKBUSINESS systems, products, and services is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. This restriction reflects our commitment to responsible AI use and our recognition that AI tools have caused documented harm to younger users. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to anyone under 21.
Exception for Young Business Owners
We recognize that legitimate entrepreneurs may be under 21. If you are between the ages of 18 – 20 years old and operate a registered business, you may contact us directly at levelup@gyntekbusiness.center to request a review for service eligibility. Approval is granted at our sole discretion and requires verification of business registration at state and federal level plus a valid government issued driver’s license applicable to their state and must undergo a “Working with AI” course administered by Gia Marie Works, Founder of GYNTEKBUSINESS, with a 100% passing grade of A.
7.0 SECURITY SYSTEM & INTEGRITY
- You may not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, portals, workspace, networks, or data; bypass authentication or access controls; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission; introduce malware or malicious code; disrupt availability or performance; or attempt denial of service activity.
- You may not collect or harvest data from Company systems without authorization, upload data you do not have the right to use, attempt to re-identify or correlate data you are not authorized to access, or submit sensitive personal information unless the Company explicitly requests it and provides a secure method.
8.0 AUTOMATION, SCRAPING, AND CONTENT COPYING
You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy, monitor, extract, mirror, or bulk download any portion of Company sites, forms, portals, assessment content, templates, prompts, reports, or other materials without written permission.
9.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND USE
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publish Company proprietary materials without written permission. You may not remove ownership notices or use Company branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
10.0 DEMOS, TRIAL ACCESS, AND CLIENT HUBS
If you are provided demo or portal access, you must use it only for evaluation and approved collaboration. You may not share access credentials outside your authorized team, and you may not attempt to replicate, reverse engineer, or extract protected configurations or workflows for resale or redistribution.
11.0 MESSAGING, SMS, AND VOICE RULES
If you use any Company provided or Company configured system to send messages by email, SMS, voice, or chat, you are responsible for consent, compliance, and content. You must obtain required consent before contacting people, include and honor opt-out requests when required, avoid spam and deceptive outreach, and follow applicable carrier requirements and applicable telemarketing and messaging laws.
12.0 THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND API KEYS
If your solution connects to third party services or uses your API keys, you are responsible for your third party accounts, charges, permissions, and compliance. You must protect credentials and revoke exposed keys promptly. Notify the Company if exposure affects an active deployment.
13.0 ENFORCEMENT
If the Company believes this policy has been violated, the Company may restrict access, suspend or terminate services, cancel work in progress when continued access creates risk, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests.

15.0 UPDATES
The Company may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on gyntekbusiness.center/policy-updates with an updated effective date.
