This Policy applies to: Visitors and Clients using gyntekbusiness.center and GYNTEKBUSINESS subdomains.

Client Assessment participants and demo recipients, Current, and Prospective clients using our AI systems and custom-built services.

This Privacy Policy is read alongside our Terms Policy, Cookies Policy, Security Policy, and GDPR/Data Protection & User Rights Policy.

GYNTEKBUSINESS®   does not solicit or promote sales via SMS. We will send updates about the final build of your project post demo presentation. To deliver your AI Systems securely, we integrate only with verified partners:

  • ElevenLabs: AI Voice Agents
  • OpenAI: Language model processing and analytics
  • Stripe: Payment Processing

(Each partner follows its own Privacy Policy and compliance standards.)

5.2 Sub-Processor Obligations

All sub-processors act under contract with GYNTEKBUSINESS® and handle only the data required to perform their assigned role. They are prohibited from using client data for independent purposes and must adhere to equivalent security standards.

6.0 COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

We use cookies to authenticate sessions, understand user preferences, and improve platform performance. Cookies may also be used by integrated partners for login authentication or analytics.

7.0 DATA HANDLING AND STORAGE

7.1 Storage

Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases within Chemicloud’s hosting environment and partner systems using SSL/TLS protection.

7.2 Retention

We retain your data for up to one (1) year following the completion of your project or your last interaction unless you request earlier deletion.

7.3 Access Control

Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel. Two-factor authentication, SSH access, and environment variables protect administrative credentials.

8.0 HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We implement layered security measures to maintain privacy and system integrity:

  • Geo ID SSL encryption for all connections
  • Role-based access permissions
  • Linux cloud servers with active firewall protection
  • Continuous monitoring for fraud and unauthorized access

No credit card details are stored on our servers; all payment data is processed through Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

9.0 INFORMATION SHARING

We only share information:

  • To fulfill contracted services (e.g., hosting, AI model execution)

11.0 CLIENT AND END-USER RESPONSIBILITIES

If you use GYNTEKBUSINESS systems to collect your own clients’ information (“End Users”), you are fully responsible for:

  • Providing clear privacy disclosures to your users
  • Obtaining consent where required by law
  • Managing any data collected through forms, cookies, or APIs on your behalf

 

GYNTEKBUSINESS® does not control or monitor your data collection practices. Failure to comply with privacy obligations for your users is your sole responsibility.

12.0 YOUR RIGHTS AND REQUESTS

You have the right to:

  • Correct or update inaccurate data
  • Request deletion (“Right to Erasure”)
  • Request a copy of your data (“Portability”)
  • Limit or object to processing

13.0 ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your account at any time via your Account Settings or by written request. Full deletion may take up to 30 days due to secure system backup protocols.

If your data is transferred outside the United States, we use Standard Contractual clauses and verified privacy frameworks to ensure compliance with GDPR and U.S. law.
