4.0 HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
All data requests must be submitted through one of the following

To protect your privacy, we verify identity before processing any request.
Acceptable verification may include matching account details, invoice information, or government-issued ID (for sensitive requests only).
5.0 RESPONSE TIMEFRAME
- Standard response: within 30 calendar days of receipt
- Complex or high-volume requests: up to 60 days with written notice
- Requests that cannot be verified or are unfounded will receive a clear explanation and next-step guidance
6.0 EXCEPTIONS
We may decline a request if:
- Data must be retained for legal, financial, or compliance reasons
- The request conflicts with active service agreements
- Verification cannot be completed securely
Declined requests are logged with justification for regulatory review.
