1.0 PURPOSE

5.0 RESPONSE TIMEFRAME

  • Requests that cannot be verified or are unfounded will receive a clear explanation and next-step guidance

6.0 EXCEPTIONS

We may decline a request if:

  • Data must be retained for legal, financial, or compliance reasons
  • The request conflicts with active service agreements
  • Verification cannot be completed securely

 

Declined requests are logged with justification for regulatory review.

7.0 COST

All data requests are processed free of charge.
However, a reasonable administrative fee may apply to repetitive, excessive, or manifestly unfounded requests as permitted by law.
